It’s also banning all hemp derived CBD, CBG, etc. The industry that creates natural medicine for children with seizures, people with PTSD, etc. there will be no legal option for these people in states where weed is banned. In states it isn’t banned you will still only be able to acquire marijuana derived CBD, not hemp. Again posing a huge issue for children taking this, the only option will be a version that can have psychoactive effects. Not to mention the job loss this will create.

You are correct that legal states will still be legal but “hemp” is literally still weed it’s just weed that has <.3% D9 THC D9 is real weed the same weed you smoke in legal states, legal states just don’t have harsh restrictions on the potency D8 is synthetic and is dogshit But hemp is literally weed it’s just less potent, chemically hemp and weed are the same thing. “hemp derived” means nothing besides it’s just not as strong
