Wake up: smoothie, lots of spinach, like half the cup FULL of spinach orange juice, frozen pineapple, cardimum, creatine & ginger if you’re feeling spicy Have a good breakfast, the smoothie helps you start your digestion in the morning w easy sugars and fiber. Work out at some point, the earlier the better but any workout is better than none, you will immediately feel better after the session.

If you do nicotine, pouches are where it’s at for low-key craving satisfaction. It’s not the same but it’s close enough. Also drink a fuck ton of water, just like as much as you can. Hot coffee/caffeine also help, I like my coffee in a hot shower in the morning
