i think you might be burning the coils? do you do blinkers often? tbh i’d throw that out and make sure you do smaller hits with time to cool down between. might need to throw the battery out too but idk

If it happens to all of your carts it is the battery but if it’s just this one do what #2 said, shorter hits with time to cool down in between
