Obv you should look into your own specific state laws, but you should be fine. I think it mostly affects smoke shops from selling their otc pens.

it also effects hemp companies who actually have valid COAs and sell good products It fucking sucks, i agree that there are shitty companies selling really bad products but there’s also companies that care about what they’re selling and take the time to make good stuff and they’re getting the rug pulled on them bc of this bs too

Most people who live in legal states don’t bother, because it doesn’t matter for them. But then they turn around and tell people in non legal states who use “hemp” that they’re not smoking “real weed” when in fact both hemp and weed are chemically the same thing lmao
