I had to quit after smacking mine for 3-4. you'll miss it but once you get through a week or so you'll feel very empowered by your ability to live without it. However, prepare for some crazy dreams!

do not buy a new one, i couldn’t trust myself to own one even though i took a good t break or started healthier habits, just stick to like bongs or joints, then ur forced to set something up and ur not smoking as much

It gets so much easier after the first few days I promise!! For me it was trying to get over the boredom so def just keep yourself busy as much as possible, also maybe get a tracker app to help remind yourself of how long you’ve been off it and to keep going!
