get a preroll or very low dose edibles to try it out. if you get a preroll, take it one hit at a time and don’t expect to finish it. you’ll continue to get a bit higher after you stop smoking so stop when you feel comfortably high.

Buy a 0.5 gram preroll, that’s a good size for a singular beginner to get decently high or could be shared with a friend for a more relaxed high. If you don’t want to smoke a 5-10mg edible will be plenty
