whenever you get the thought to smoke ask yourself why. and if it’s because you’re bored, find something else to do. if its because you’re hungry, eat. if it’s to relax, listen to music/meditate/etc. whatever works for you!

I just chew gum whenever I feel like I wanna smoke and it helps, or if you still wanna smoke on something buy a pack of cigs and smoke whenever you feel like you have to and see how much you’ll not wanna smoke after that 😂
