The cold smoke is way better just make sure to let the ice melt slightly first so you dont inhale any sharp crystals. You can unroll prerolls but if they have oil or wax inside be careful not to make a mess of it

Yes and the ice cools the smoke. Since smoke is usually hot as hell. But too cold air can also harm your lungs

Idk having cold never really worked for my bong. Less smoke harder to get it to last
