im a freshman and i just started semi-frequently smoking this summer. i still suck at it and can only take baby hits or else i literally will cough for like 10 minutes. im worried im gonna instantly get made fun of, anyone have any tips?
What really works for me is start doing daily breathing exercises eventually you’ll just zone them out and you’ll just do them when you get bored. Keeps your long strong.

Ice water before a sip? Deep breaths, and remember that if you take a bunch of baby hits that won’t make you cough you’ll still get just as high as one bigger rip so take little ones if it works better for you
