ive been smoking everyday for years and what got me to slow it tf down was i waited until i was on a work trip where i definitely couldn’t smoke and i was so distracted by everything else it was pretty easy. maybe try to quit when you have something else going on to distract you. if you can make it past 5 days without, you got it
Honestly man I had an episode of psychosis once after two and a half years of the same habits and feelings like you. That psychosis helped a lot but I’m not saying you gotta have a scary episode of something to lower smoking 💀 try tapering it down: like get a little less high each day and then try smoking every other day, then every few days, etc
