literally took the amtrak the other day they dont search anything they just ask ur name to check in and where ur going then leave u alone the rest of the trip

Do you have to go through security? Never been on Amtrak but I’d assume if it’s in a smell or off container like a jar you’d be good

no security checkpoints but random searches and k9 are possible

ik they dont search at first instance but Ive read they do random searches if they “suspect” something
