The biggest difference, I feel, is in how I drew the hands. Normally they’re a lot thinner and sometimes knobbly, whereas here they’re chunky and angular. Here’s a sketch I did for example

Actually my overall compositional choices were also pretty different, I don’t normally do faces so close up with something as obstructive as the hands in the foreground
