in case op doesn’t answer i’ll at least tell you what i do. put 90%+ isopropyl alcohol and salt in a ziploc and submerge the bowl and let it soak for like at least an hour. then shake it really hard for a minute or two and rinse it out. this usually gets it spotless

Another trick is get salt that you’d use for baking and put a tablespoon or so in there with the glass and alcohol. When you shake it it agitates the surfaces inside and out and gets it cleaner easier same with rinsing out bongs with rubbing alcohol
