just had to rawdog one of the worst panic attacks of my life bc i ran out of weed and i'm abt to resort to repeating skincare to try to cope ๐Ÿ˜

i used to have a lot of panic attacks! things that helped me calm down after were simple, soothing and distracting activities like skincare, coloring, or watching a movie. cold sensations and sour candy can be really helpful for grounding as well bc they shock your system. i hope the rest of your night is ok and your day tomorrow is better and iโ€™m proud of you for getting through it and taking care of yourself after <3<3
