Anyone got tips to reduce brain fog? Im prob gonna take a t break too but its still annoying in the meantime

Taking a break is the most important part but, exercising your brain daily will help a lot. Do a daily wordle/other brain games, read 1-2 book chapters a day, etc etc

make sure u get enough sleep, water n healthy foods asw to speed up the recovery process

Yea I already do the wordle, and my classes have just started up this week so I should def get back to actually using my brain more lol
