Find any wooded area with clear lines of sight to where people would be coming from. Dip if it gets scary. Or buy a cart to be discrete

Mint tins like Altoids™ r perfect for this (and holding lil joints in, though they’ll still smell). For storage: Go to your local smoke shop/dispensary, the internet, wherever and get a smell-resistant bag (I do not think ID is necessary to purchase these). I personally use “Smelly Proof” brand. Double layer the bags. Stinky material in the first bag. Put that bag and some dryer sheets into a bigger bag. Hide that bag wherever. For extra scent masking, your dirty laundry pile is a good spot.
