I don’t want to use dating apps. I want to meet someone in a traditional way, but then I don’t really go many places and put myself out there because I am an introvert.

It’s okay, you’re not missing anything on the apps. Truthfully, I know I won’t find a genuine connection on the apps because I don’t take them seriously enough to put that effort in. - also. People don’t look like their photos even if they are real. Like everyone seems to look better or worse in photos; it’s just a human thing tho. But I understand you!

So real. Tbh I’ve only had it work out with one guy from a dating app and that is out of many many many failed situationships and dates. I think we are better off without them. I’m trying to stay off them for good now

you could go out with friends and tell them to bring their friends! i’ve been practically begging my roommate to plan a group event just so i can see this one guy. screw the apps. i’ll never use them again.

Yeah a majority of the guys I’ve met on a dating app have been really weird. This one guy asked me my views on gun control and abortion almost immediately. The only guy I’ve ever really liked I met in person so I wish I could meet someone else that way

Use the apps to find a person, don’t use the app to date on the app. I know this sounds obvious but I think a lot of people get this wrong. The apps are terrible for dating ON. So match up with someone and get coffee with them asap. That’s how you use the dating apps.
