Which story are you referring to? I tried to find it but I had a hard time 😅. I know the main misconception comes from the conflict with Psyche but what people get wrong with that story is it was more about losing power and worship than a beauty competition.

Okay after looking it up I realized the thing I was referring to was a more modern story of Aphrodite compared to the original Greek mythology 💀
