I always make a fertility candle. Take half of an egg shell as intact as you can get it, sprinkle a small layer of spring soil in, put a tea light candle in with some flowers or herbs and set your intentions when you light it.

i would recommend moon water, baths, cleansing rituals. you can also look into spells to do. but i usually clean and cleanse my space!

if you have an alter, clean it all, wipe dust from it, and then use incense (i use frankincense or sandalwood) to cleanse. and then you can use the same incense at your doorway, windows, vents, to cleanse bad energy. open the window so the bad energy can leave! you can also take a cleaning bath with herbs and or moon water in the bath

You can also use a jar lid to help keep the eggshell from falling over
