It’s rather fucjed up that people think employees need to stand to scan items

You might be able to get an accommodation if you have a doctors note with your diagnosis. It would fall under the ADA

I think Walmart has a bias for people who actually need it because there's many stools they can hand out. Like they would give it to an elder with arthritis than to young adult who can just take Advil
