Getting a job rn is so fucking hard which is why I’m waiting till I have another job lined up before I quit my toxic work place. I’ve applied to well over 100 places over the past couple months and have had a bunch of recruiter 1st round interviews and only 1 second round. Don’t let it discourage you but start applying to a lot more places and expand your search
