As a supervisor, THIS. I would never punish a new hire for asking questions, even if it’s the same question multiple times. In fact, asking questions and admitting when you need help makes us trust you more!

When I was new, one of the people I was shadowing got annoyed at me for following him and asking questions no wonder he got fired 🥴
