For new hires everywhere, if you have questions…ASK, literally ask. You’re still new so you can make mistakes without too much punishment. ASK QUESTIONS
As a supervisor, THIS. I would never punish a new hire for asking questions, even if it’s the same question multiple times. In fact, asking questions and admitting when you need help makes us trust you more!

Well those people aren’t good at their job and they shouldn’t be doing that
