worst part was i almost got to go home 5 hours earlier but they decided there was a chance i’d still be needed at work and then was put through 5 more hours of agony (spoiler alert, i would’ve not been needed)

busser at a decently sized restaurant; we had a lot of outside work decorating and cleaning for an event which is how i got burnt (was not aware of this going into work that day)
