Totally just got shit on by my employers. I’m literally, shit you not, THE perfect hardest worker and they dig some shit up on me, the smallest most bullshit minor issue as I’m working my way up the ladder to bring me down. The system is rigged.

They only hire people that are fine with fucking over other people or keeping their mouths shut while their bosses fuck over other people. Jobs are oftentimes the most toxic form of high school ever.

It is. It’s beyond disgusting and those types don’t even get held accountable, at least where I am. The difference though is that they aren’t criticizing when the job should be to regulate.
