So I’m apparently good enough to be put in charge of things that are relatively large and important jobs that require specific skills and knowledge with no supervision or support staff but I’m not good enough to be promoted. Yeah no thanks ✌️

This was my last job. I did so much and the work/ expectations kept increasing but I didn’t see any sign of promotion so I dipped. Learn the skills then leave is how I’m operating these days

Yeah I’m just frustrated cause they promoted someone who started the same time as me and not me because I apparently need to be put on a team and learn like he did however they have yet to put me on a fucking team and expect me to figure it out myself.
