if HR won’t help you either need to go to someone more powerful or humiliate everyone in the situation. get loud, literally. bc why tf are they touching you. i’d start screaming bloody murder next time it happens

Go to the police. If you have your HR complaints in writing it'll help.

Bro I hate that shit. Women at my job just touch me all the fucking time. They have no boundaries at all. But if you report it everyone thinks you’re weak. I hate it

Bible says people like that should chop off their hands so just take care of that for them :) In all seriousness tho I’m sorry you’re going through this, never stop reporting it and fighting for what is right. Sexual harassment is never okay and I hope you can get them fired.

I’ve Alr pushed them away and said no bc I’m Alr in a happy relationship but it keeps happening and I’m not really trying to punch a woman 🫩

I’m a paralegal who does employment law (I represent businesses after they fire someone and that person sues for discrimination/wrongful termination), here’s what you can do to be an absolute nightmare to these companies:

Idk why this is in response to #1 but I’ll roll with it. 1. Make a clear complaint to your business in writing. This is the most important step

If they solve the issue, awesome. If they take action but it isn’t enough, or if they do nothing, celebrate bc you are going to get at least $70k. 2. Follow-up on your initial complaint, or make a supplemental complaint, asserting that their response didn’t solve the problem, you are now being spoken to adversely, etc

Make sure this is in writing as well! Phone calls are fine as long as you memorialize everything in a “this is what we said during our call” email afterwards. Now to lock-in your payday: 3. Keep following up forever and get fired

If there is a decrease in your recorded productivity after you make a complaint, that will read to a jury as “the company deliberately started giving him poorer reviews so they had an excuse to fire him and sweep the situation under the rug,” which is awesome for you. The odds that the case goes to trial are slim, but the attorneys will consider that fact when calculating how much the company should pay you in a settlement
