Just found out one of my coworkers was fired for “using the bathroom too much” while she had a UTI. I’m pretty sure this isn’t legal but I have no way of contacting this person so there’s nothing to be done about it

At one of my old jobs I got a severe uti because they wouldn’t let me go to the bathroom while working 8 hour shifts and I worked I think 4 days a week along with always having to go in on my days off because other employees were always calling off.
