This is how I imagine office jobs can be done but if someone like this were to be hired in my specific department it would clash with the way the team HAS to work. We all have our quiet days of course but hospitality requires some connection to coworkers and this general attitude has been proven to bring down morale/impede team production. Except breaks. Those are sacred and they can pry my noise canceling earbuds out of my cold dead (ears?) hands.
