Your boss sounds like a douchebag and you shouldn’t let him make you prove you’re the same by referring to yourself as a “beta” or “alpha”. Just drop that mindset and you’re going to be a lot happier in your dating and actual life. Only men trying to impress other men are using that lingo (the exception being fiction authors).

Yes bro 💀 so many dudes are scared and or nervous when it comes to talking to women but it doesn’t make them a “beta male”. If anything calling yourself one makes you more of one than literally anything you could possibly do to seem like one
