You’re also failing to realize that location plays a big part in the job market. You have no idea my experience. You guys are very ignorant. I’ve applied to so many jobs ranging from hotels, grocery stores, restaurants, & every job never gets back to me. You can look into it , it’s called “ghosting” and a lot of employers post listings and never take them down even though positions are filled.

Many places of employment have slowed down on hiring because of economic set backs with the tariffs and how shitty our economy is right now. I have 5 years experience in customer service, I have a detailed resume, and I’m applying to jobs that are easily accessible.

I’m not afraid to work but I’m not working a trade while I’m in university? Most blue collar jobs like carpentry, hvac, electrician, plumbing involve certifications and apprenticeships which can take 6 months - 2 years lol. I’m applying to easily accessible jobs that work well for a student. & ive applied to about 30 jobs in the past month and they all are on ghost mode and never get back. They never even have met me, I just send in my resume, which includes 5 years of customer service.

go to them!! stop applying online. u fall right at the back of the line with average experiences/resume. going in person is vital. and if u can’t get an in person one, do shit online. u got a phone, u can make money. it’s a lack of trying and looking into shit. ik a 15 yr old that’s dropshipping rn. stop making excuses for being lazy

You are so ignorant, when you go into a place which I have, they tell you to go online. Everyone does applications through online now and doesn't have the time of day in the store to talk to you about it. Trust me l've tried. & that 15-year-old drop shipping, I bet they had their parents income to start up the drop shipping. You can't start drop shipping without an investment. I don't have money to invest in that right now. Don't call me lazy you don't know anything about my experience

I’ve just been working everyday doing uber eats and I can make $100 in 4 hours don’t worry about me. Just simply bringing up how poor the job market in my area is.
