Also my pay is only slightly above this girl I work with who is actually useless and does nothing but cause interruptions and her title is the same as mine. Luckily my new workplace is giving me a significant increase to what I make now and the title change

This happened to me when someone who’d been there 3 months got the position I had been training for for over a year. I immediately put in for a transfer and that girl quit a month after I left and the department crashed and burned 😍
