People hire based on if they would enjoy you being around them a lot of the time. No one wants an unpleasant manager

Unpleasant managers in my experience in all industries I’ve worked in are completely ineffective and unqualified. Then they also don’t have the redeeming quality of a good personality, which matters when you work there for a while

I would just prefer that they nottt hire someone solely based on loud personality and more greatly considered other factors
