I despise Trump but this would still happen even if it was Democrat president. Let’s also not forget that the federal minimum wage is $7.25/hr and hasn’t increased in 16 years

Well… considering one goes to college to become an EXPERT on a particular field, anyone with a college degree can be considered to bring A LOT of freaking value to ANY company! High school dropouts ahh comment 🙄

Having a degree is important but so is experience. There are people who have far more experience and no degree. They should also be fairly compensated for their experience
