I’ve done the job for two and a half years on and off one as a student and another as a graduate student but names interim immediately now I’m hearing from people there talking shit about me behind my back

I would ask them for help. Could send via email. “Good afternoon! I’d really appreciate your feedback. How do you think I could improve on *insert the shit they said about you*. Thank you so much, I really appreciate your guidance and support. Best, Stacey
