I’ve had places do that. Months go by and they finally finish rounds of hiring. The job was ass in the first place 9/10 times and it’s them saying “haha we hired someone.”

I once applied for an on campus, fall semester job before the year started in August and they emailed me back in February like we’re literally not even in the same semester anymore, I kinda figured that out myself man 😭

One time I got an interview at Panera and the person was like “ok thank you you interviewed rlly well, you’re rlly well spoken, we should get back to you in a day or two” and never got back to me
