I’ve worked in group homes, taught, even worked in labs doing animal research with illicit substances and still, Crumbl Cookie was the hardest job I’ve ever had. My 7hr shift would turn to 13 daily and we couldn’t afford to mess up cause the manager was always looking over our shoulders micromanaging plus the owner of our branch watched us on the cameras all day. He had nothing else better to do, so he’d watch us and then call up our manager anytime he saw something he didn’t like
Yes - I worked for a crumbl and it was awful, we had an awful shift lead and manager who breathed down our necks and micromanaged everything - like I mean I could step wrong and they would get mad. It was full of drama and gossip and favoritism and I got paid 10.50/hr when minimum wage was $12 i will forever suggest people avoid working there
They said the pay was $10.50/hr plus tips, so $12.50, but that’s a damn lie. Why would most people tip if we can’t even interact with them most of the time? Working there made me mean and I actually lost weight instead of gaining. Hell, we had a company trip to Hershey park and I was miserable there too. Worst amusement park experience ever
