Tbh, whenever I think americas racism is bad…I think of most European countries and they deadass have us beat/are worse…sh*t is so bad there too. It’s bad here, but it’s REALLY bad there

I agree. Having 15% of the population commit 80% of all violent crime is racist as fuck. Fuck the white supremacy!

For the most part it’s not. There’s a very tiny number of people who are white that think they’re superior and are actually racist and like half the black people who are racist. So like maybe 7% of the population

Despite making up 50% of the population, men are responsible for 90% of violent crime and 75% of overall crime. Now, I have a couple questions. Does that mean men are inherently violent, or does that indicate an underlying issue affecting men? Could a similar logic be applied to other groups? How might statistics not show the full picture? Finally, who benefits most from this flawed interpretation?

Those are the arrest statistics. Yes, everyone knows that Black people are arrested at the highest rate. Great job proving that over policing exists. Funny how convictions and exonerations are never mentioned by people like you. Hmm…🙃

Exactly. And in addition to this, white men are convicted of more crime per capita than Black women. The gender gap is larger than the racial gap. So does this mean that it is appropriate to generalize men even more than we generalize Black people? Or should we all grow up and stop being bigots looking for excuses to be hateful?

False. You forget that other races exist too. I would argue that more than half of the white population is racist, a quarter to half of the Latino population is racist, a quarter to half of the Asian population is racist, and a quarter of the Black population is racist (but to other POC).

Ok. How about murder stats? 18% of the population and 50% of the homicides.those aren’t arrests, those are ACTUAL dead bodies. ACTUAL deaths. Moron.
