You donât get ts 𫩠canât even troll a mf. #1 was on the TL responding to everyone that called him out then deleted the OG post bc he couldnât handle a bit of heat. Now I got your ass falling for the most obvious bait. Besides that, please elaborate on the supposed brain dead takes. If you look at Pedri, Rodri, and Fabian Ruizâs pass maps, the majority of their passes are sideways/ around the block, making that horseshoe shape. This is normal for a team facing a low block, but the added lack (1)
Of quality up front made it obvious that it wasnât gonna be a demolition job by any means. The low block was solid, but wasnât perfect, and with better forwards the game wouldâve ended with Spain winning. Even with who they started w, they shouldâve still scored at least one based on the chances created, but anyone who watches Ferran knows BCM are guaranteed. What part do you disagree with?
No nerve was hit. Youâre still talking about a game that took place 12 hours ago. You saying there was no quality up front is actually asinine because everyone and their mother would take any Spanish player over the Cape Verde team. How you beat a low block is by shifting the ball side to side and then breaking lines when you get the defense to over commit. Sideways passes is how you try to break down a low block. Quick switch of the play is another one.
Iâm only talking abt it bc yâall responding đ Am I refuting how to break a low block? Iâm saying there was a clear lack of quality up front with Gavi and Ferran playing instead of Yamal+Nico, evident by the crossbar miss. They have no 1v1 bag either to force a double or disrupt a block. It doesnât matter if youâd take the Spain front line over Cape Verdeâs, doesnât change the fact that itâs not good enough to help break down a low block. No need to feel insecure over calling this one wrong.
Oh right. The âtrollâ canât be trolled. Spain shouldnât have had to use Nico and Lamine at all in that game. I literally said I give Cape Verde credit đđđ. No need to get pissy because someone else called you out for saying all Spain did was pass side to sideâŚwhen thatâs exactly how to have to try and break down a low block. The minute someone went against you, you kept deflecting. FIFA doesnât make you knowledgeable in the game buddy.
You canât get me w my own tricks buddy đ nice try tho but idc enough abt a yikyak discourse to get emotional abt it, unlike a certain someone đš. On paper they 100% shouldnât have had to use them 2. But Verde pulled up w an immense defensive performance all things considered. Anyone who watched that game wouldnât have thought that it would end up w an âugly scoreâ to quote yourself. Furthermore, sideways passing by itself is not how u break a low block. Hence the confusion on yâallâs takes
You taking time out of your day to try and be a troll is exactly what getting emotional about it is you twat. Ugly score was said right before half. Good lord. Do you even read? You move the ball side to side to try and shift the defense and then break the lines with a pass. If youâre so knowledgeable, share how you break down a low block? You have yet to do so.
Interesting đ§ I had failed to recognize that me successfully* trolling you was me getting emotional đ Got under ur skin so bad that you started cursing and throwing insults đ¤Ł. 1) Nothing suggested that it would be an ugly score given how the first half went 2) Absolutely NO professional team is losing their structure bc you pass it sideways đ Their sideways passing is them trying to find different ways to probe at a block and potentially bypass it. (1)
BTL passes are a way to break down a low block, you can also go over via switches or crossing to a target man, but those arenât as efficient. Rotations/movement, 1-2s, etc are also ways to bypass the initial man and disrupt the structure. Iâd say the most effective way is with individual quality in terms of a 1v1 specialist like Yamal. Youâre forced to double or triple up and that creates space to exploit. Sideways passing is proof youâre struggling to break a block, not a way to break it
So what happens once you get the double/triple team? Oh right. You have to SHIFT THE BALL THE OTHER WAY. Good lord. You literally said two exact same way as I didâŚby moving the ball side to side to get the defense to shift and then try to break the linesâŚor by switching the play. Iâm done here. Saying Spain shouldnât have dog walked that game just because they didnât have Lamine in is crazy and that Torres isnât quality when heâs literally being looked at by PSG.
Genuinely canât believe my eyes đ 1) Utilizing a double team on the wings to exploit space via runners/rotation and quick passing is not the same as sideways passing/the horseshoe structure 2) Conveniently ignored everything else I said 3) Spain shouldâve dominated on paper. Thank god we watch football with our eyes. 4) Torres is horrible at finishing and provides no threat on the wing. 5) PSG signed Muani, Ramos, linked to MARTINELLI đš. In no way does that prove his quality, especially as a RW
