They haven’t “correctly” given that foul for 2 years now. Please stop pretending that this isn’t an injustice. If that was a goal disallowed for Arsenal all of their fans would be moaning about how the PGMOL hates them and their grandmothers for their mere existence. Arsenal fans just need to accept they got away with a robbery and keep quiet. Coming from someone who wants Arsenal to win the league.
