I disagree. Ronaldo is one of the greatest poachers of all time. He’s not on the level of Messi, Maradona, Pele, Cryuff, etc. he can’t run a game. He’s a better Lewi, Suarez, Zlatan mostly because of his longevity not much (emphasis on the much, he was better) than them at their peaks. His peak was just much longer

Ronaldo played winger for most of his career, he only switched to a striker when he got older. The guy is 41 and has won trophies with a national team that never won anything before him. He was an excellent passer, dribbler, finisher, there isn’t much of the game he isn’t proficient at. Even at juventus when he truly started embracing that poacher role he was still creating a ton. At this point in his career, he just a pure poacher, but to say that he’s been that for the past 15 years is untrue
