Nah, Messi had intent, Balo was accidental landing based upon other foot landing first, not even looking at the player.

Doesn’t always have to have bad intent to be a red card, it has to be reckless and both tackles were studs a above the ankle and reckless, both are red cards by definition it’s not debatable
