lmao wow ok not a single MLS players was nominated for the ballon d’or. referring to Sonny as the “korean messi” is not only racist but insulting considering his performance or rather lack-there-of in the mundial. you sound like you’ve never left the country and just started watching the sport during the world cup.

not to mention that the last time Messi was even nominated (and to his credit, won) was the last year he played in Europe before moving to inter miami. the MLS just simply does not have enough stars to consider them competitive. look, it’s okay to like the sport, i’m all for more Americans getting into the beautiful game, but spare yourself from embarrassment. don’t talk ball to a “dumb” girl who can talk way better.
