The irony of all this is the U.S. did all that to just not compete. From a talent and scheme perspective it isn’t close. I don’t care how bad Belgium has played this would be like putting Real Madrid against charlotte FC.

I actually think USA has a great chance to win this based on scheme. Belgium hasn’t looked themselves. Their golden generation is over.

Based on what? Most of our players are European based, we have a top class coach, etc. I think it should be a competitive match. If we win, Spain will be class above, but anything can happen in this sport.

Actual talent and the truth. Most of the US players are mls starters and EFL or bundesliga 2 starters they aren’t good enough for league one anywhere outside of Pulisic

You are years behind. Most are NOT MLS players. Lots of our starting lineup play in top leagues in Italy, Germany, Spain, and England.
