Idk about other people but for me it’s all in the meaning and the word choice. The imagery is really important. It needs to be something that feels real and touches me, not just words, which can be a personal thing. Ex. Shoulders by naomi shihab nye. You might’ve read it in class at one point, but I think it really sweet and touching and gets to my heart in the same way a good book or movie might. The media doesn’t really matter to me
