Just a lil update: I shared the poem with her a few days after I wrote it she loved it and got a lil teary. Things have been chaotic but we’ve still been enjoying each other’s company and inviting each other to things.

I really like it, and I don’t find it cheesy; however, if I were OP, I would wait at least a few weeks before sending it. But, nonetheless, OP, if you feel compelled to send to send it, I say do it. I don’t think any harm would come from it. And as a woman myself, I would love if someone did this for me. ❤️

I would definitely pull it out in a few weeks or months if you get anywhere with her, it would mean way more, be less cheesy, and be cool as time passes.

That’s been my hesitation too. We met Thursday night and spent that night and all day yesterday together till this morning so it’s a fresh entanglement.

Yeah that’s how I’m thinking about it. Of course, she might not find it too cheesy just like 4. However, I would wait and see where it goes myself lol.
