i know jkr is a shit writer but the one thing i think she did that in the series was making the bad guy a part of the group he hates. the self hatred as a motivator is still relevant in politics today idk fuck her still but it got me thinking

Yeah regardless of her... I'll call them opinions... Harry Potter was my introduction to symbolism, social commentary, complexity, and just really the power of literature
