Im considering writing a medieval adjacent fantasy romance where there are three books and you don’t know they are connected until the last one in the trilogy about 1/2-3/4 of the way through and it’s like mind blowing reveal. Would people read that?

Or is that too much/too long for people to wait. If i don’t even market them together and once you read the reveal it’ll make you wanna re read the first two but everything but the last book can be read as a standalone story
