Maybe make a bit more of a detailed outline. And write what you already know. Then you can worry about ordering them and you’ll have an idea for how to get from a to b to c…etc

Also, if you still are missing info on things like setting and characters now is a good time to take what you know and do short writing exercises to get to know your characters and setting a little better
