Yeah u can def report to his training sarg. You have grounds to press charges against him on him withholding your property, but it will most likely be a civil suit and not criminal. Meaning you’ll have to mediate and shit like that, but it’s still a valid threat

Also let him know you will file a police report for stolen items of yours. Do not let him scare you. Id try messaging the new girl too. My family was military but NOT irresponsible, but of course they have stories about people who were. Once during my cousins deployment some guys in his barracks were throwing a machete at the wall trying to get it to stick, well it hit the wall with the handle not the blade, bounced off the wall, and flew blade first into my sleeping cousins stomach. HES OKAY. But it was v serious at the time 😭
