Girlypop I wasn’t able to consider my sexual assault as nonconsentsual in the eyes of the law because I have a dick and she didn’t.
I just heard someone talk about men's rights?? Now, tell me what do we possibly have that they aren't already intitled to first?

In the UK it is legally impossible for a woman to rape a man because she isn’t penetrating him (with normal intercourse)

Hi, I study/want to work in sex crimes and in the state of Georgia (and any state) men can be raped and file charges, I’m sorry if your county/area made you believe that wasn’t true. Yes men SA others more (statistically proven) Yes women are SA’d more (statistically proven) HOWEVER that is NOT an argument for “this specified gender has it worse” that is NOT what this is about.

Oh so women getting sexually assaulted by men isn’t able to be legally considered as sexual assault?

Thats not what I said? Legally in the US rape is rape and sexual assault is sexual assault, courts and law enforcement dont take either genders accusations seriously, women get sexually assaulted disproportionately more than men so its easy to claim men arent taken as seriously because women get more convictions, but thats not the case, men just have less cases to report period, the amount that get wrongfully dismissed is close to equal across genders

Women have the right to genital integrity and protection against non consensual genital mutilations / modifications forced upon them by doctors and parents at birth. anti-fgm act of 1996. Men are still waiting for the equal protection clause to kick in and protect boys from circumcision.

No but youre twisting the words in it? "Men get raped is its own sentence" comparing it to female assault which is what you did by commenting on a post about rights that women have that men dont does devalue your argument because the likelihood that I get raped (which has happened multiple times) is dramatically higher than the likelihood it happened to you (which im sorry about), that doesnt make either of our experiences less valuable and significant which is what Ive been trying to say

The right that men (in Georgia) don’t have is being able to legally get justice for being raped by a woman. Do you understand that? You’ve said the law is unjust and you’re sorry for it, so it seems that you do understand it.

Also federally, the equal protection clause grants equal rights regardless of sex or race. Yet; women have the right to genital protections and men are not afforded this same right.
